Zucchinis rellenos!

? Una de las recetas ganadoras de la Semana de la Muzzarella!
Sorprendente y deliciosa!

? INGREDIENTES:
• 3 zucchinis
• 200 gr de muzzarella Barraza
• Salsa de tomate
• Jamón en cubos
• Cebolla de verdeo

? PASO 1
Arrancamos ahuecando los zucchinis en crudo.
Hacemos una base para que estén firmes.

? PASO 2
En una sartén con unas gotas de aceite los vamos a dorar de ambos lados por 5 minutos.

? PASO 3
Luego los colocamos sobre una fuente de horno y agregamos la salsa de tomate, los cubos de jamón y la muzzarella.

? PASO 4
Por último los llevamos a horno a 200 grados por 15 minutos.
Una vez que están bien gratinados ya están listos para comer!
