? Una receta ideal para acompañar una tarde de mates con amigos, los scones de queso Barraza sorprenden por su crocantéz y sabor!
INGREDIENTES
• 400 gr harina
• 2 cucharaditas polvo de hornear
• 200 gr manteca
• 200 cc de leche
• 200 gr queso reggianito
PASO 1
En un bowl vamos a mezclar la harina tamizada y la manteca semi derretida.
Es importante que la manteca no esté muy dura, pero que tampoco este del todo derretida.
Luego agregamos el queso reggianito Barraza rallado, los huevos, la leche y el polvo de hornear.
Mezclamos bien, sin amasar demasiado para no pasarnos del punto de la masa.
PASO 2
Vamos a amasar lo justo y necesario para que no se nos derrita mucho la manteca, ya que esta masa funciona mejor con poco amasado.
PASO 3
Una vez listo nuestra masa la vamos a estirar con ayuda de un palote y la cortamos en triángulos de unos 6 cm de largo por 3 cm de espesor.
PASO 4
Colocamos nuestros triángulos en una fuente de horno con un poco de aceite en spray, les espolvoreamos queso reggianito rallado Barraza y los cocinamos en horno a 180° por 25 minutos hasta que estén bien dorados.
Esta es una receta que cuando la hagas seguro la vas a volver a repetir!
