A los tomates los vamos a mixear con queso azul Barraza y queso crema.

Cortamos el pan, lo tostamos un poco y comenzamos a armar nuestras bruschettas.
Untamos la pasta de tomates, colocamos la berenjena, bondiola y espolvoreamos queso reggianito Barraza por arriba.
